Wearpodly ships to supported destinations shown at checkout. Available services, rates, and delivery estimates are displayed before payment.

Shipping rates and free shipping

Orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $49 USD or more receive free standard shipping to supported destinations. Eligibility and available services are confirmed at checkout.

For orders below $49 USD, standard shipping costs $7.99 USD. The final charge and destination eligibility are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates
Standard shipping: estimated transit time of 8–15 days.

Transit estimates begin after dispatch and are not guarantees. Destination, carrier conditions, customs, severe weather, peak seasons, and public holidays can affect delivery.

Order processing and tracking

After your order is prepared and dispatched, we send a shipment confirmation email with tracking details when available. Tracking can take 48–72 hours to show the first carrier scan.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact support@creavorae.com immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address change after processing begins, and additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect.

PO boxes and military addresses

PO Box and APO/FPO delivery is not currently available. Checkout will show whether your address is supported.

International orders

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges assessed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise. Customs delays are outside the carrier's and our direct control.

Delayed, lost, or delivered-but-not-received parcels

If tracking has not updated for several days or your parcel appears lost, email us with your order number. For a parcel marked delivered but not received, first check the delivery area and household members and contact the carrier; then let us know so we can assist with the available investigation.
