These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wearpodly.com and purchases from Prodoxan INC, doing business as Wearpodly ("Wearpodly," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the store, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.
Store use

Product designs and third-party marks remain subject to their respective rights. Wearpodly is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense or the U.S. Marine Corps.
User content
If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with the store and our marketing, subject to applicable law.
Third-party services
SHOPLINE and other providers help operate the store. Third-party links and services may be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.
